Last year a tender process took place following a request from resident led Lawley Management Committee to go out to market to ensure we are providing the best value for money. Following the tender the contract was awarded to M&BG Limited, who officially began to provide maintenance services n Lawley in January this year.

Details of M&BG are in the videos above and as explained are responsible for maintaining green open spaces and shrub beds in our areas of responsibility. There are also our two estate caretakers who maintain the courtyards in our areas of responsibility as well as supporting other areas (https://bvtlawleyvillage.org.uk/your-village/meet-the-bvt-lawley-village-team).

The M&BG Lawley team are Rich, Grounds Supervisor and Ryan, Grounds Operative and you’ll see them out and about in their distinct van.
