The role of estate caretakers and the grounds maintenance team

As the long-term stewardship provider in Lawley, part of our role is to help care for courtyards and selected green open spaces across the community.

Working together, our two BVT Estate Caretakers and external grounds maintenance contractor, M&BG Ltd, help ensure shared areas remain clean, safe, welcoming and well maintained for residents and visitors.
