Have your say

We offer a range of opportunities for you to help shape the services you and your neighbours receive from us. Whether you have a little time or want to get more involved, there are lots of ways to take part.

Details are given below but if you’d like to chat with a member of the team to find out local opportunities in Lawley, please email [email protected], call 0300 333 6540 or pop into the Lawley Community Hub when it’s open.

The resident-led Lawley Management Committee (LMC) oversees the work of BVT’s Estates and Stewardship service in Lawley. The committee meets quarterly to discuss topics including financial performance, neighbourhood services and the work delivered by BVT’s Estates and Stewardship team.

If you would like to find out more visit https://bvtlawleyvillage.org.uk/your-village/lawley-management-committee

If you would like to share your views without joining a formal consultation group, you can get involved through our pop-up sounding groups and project groups.

These groups focus on specific topics and projects, such as updates to the Design Guide or reviewing contracts for services like grounds maintenance. They give residents the opportunity to share ideas, provide feedback and help shape future services.

Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for upcoming opportunities.

If you would like to register your interest in joining a group, please email [email protected].

Our two estate officers regularly carry out estate inspections across all areas of Lawley.

During these visits, they inspect courtyards, green spaces and communal areas, noting any issues and reporting them to the relevant teams or third parties where needed.

Residents are welcome to join the estate officers during these inspections. Details of upcoming estate dates can be found on our events calendar at BVT Lawley Village Events Calendar

If you are unable to attend an estate inspection but would like to arrange a meeting, please call 0300 333 6540 or email [email protected].

We want residents to help shape how we communicate with the community — from important updates such as the annual stewardship charge letter to the information available on our website.

By joining our Communications Forum, you can share your feedback and ideas on a range of communications and help us make them clearer, more useful and easier to understand.

The forum meets four times a year, with each meeting focusing on a specific communication or topic.

No experience is needed, and we welcome both homeowners and tenants to get involved.

If you would like to find out more, please email [email protected].

Our resident scrutiny groups help review our services and make recommendations on how we can improve them.

The groups include:

Your Home Scrutiny Group
Your Tenancy Scrutiny Group
Your Neighbourhood Scrutiny Group

Each group meets every quarter and focuses on a different area of our services. Members work closely with staff and residents to understand how services are performing and identify ways we can do better.

As a member, you will receive training and development opportunities, along with recognition for your contribution.
