The Lawley Community Hub is located in the Village Square (next to Lawley and Overdale Parish Council office) and is available to hire for local community groups and charities to meet.

The Hub, in the Village Square, was home to Foden Property until 2023 when Bournville Village Trust (BVT), which provides estate management and stewardship services in the Village, took over the lease.

Members of the BVT Lawley Estates & Stewardship team are based at the hub every day and residents are able to access their services as well as support and advice from a variety of organisations including the local police team and Citizens Advice.

The charitable trust has worked closely with residents in the Village to create and shape the Hub, which will be used to provide opportunities for community groups and charities to meet.
