Lawley Village is the largest new development in Telford and is due to be completed in 2028. Once complete, it will be made up of over 3,300 new homes.

There are a host of fantastic amenities and community spaces close by including two primary schools, two care homes, a supermarket, pub and a range of shops. It is also conveniently located close to the M54 motorway and is just a five-minute drive to Telford town centre.

We were awarded long-term stewardship of Lawley Village in 2007 by the Lawley Development Board. Our aim is to maintain the distinctive character of the village and build a strong and inclusive community.
