Grounds maintenance in Lawley
Since January 2024, M&BG Limited has been providing grounds maintenance services across the areas of Lawley that are our responsibility.
The contract was awarded to M&BG Limited following a competitive tender process. This followed a request from the resident-led Lawley Management Committee to review the grounds maintenance contract and go out to market, helping to make sure residents receive good value for money from the service.
