Estate dates/inspections

Estate dates/inspections are carried out regularly by our estate officers.

Our Estate Officers regularly visit Lawley Village to carry out estate inspections. These visits help us keep an eye on our courtyards, green spaces and communal areas, identify any issues that need attention and check that the covenants are being followed.

During these inspections, our Estate Officers may also note any potential covenant breaches and follow these up where necessary.

If you have reported an issue to us, our Estate Officers will investigate it and let you know the outcome.

Want to join an estate date?

Residents are welcome to join an Estate Officer during an estate date. It’s a great opportunity to raise any concerns, ask questions and see how we look after the village together.
