BVT in Lawley Village Design Guide

The Lawley Design Guide was revisited in 2024 and following feedback from residents, areas of the guide have been made clearer and easier to understand.
We also included other feedback where possible, whilst making sure you meet the legal obligations you signed up to when you bought your home.
If you’re planning an alteration to your home this year, please remember our Estate Officers are available to support you through the process, please contact them via [email protected] to arrange a meeting on a day and time convenient to you.
Although most of the changes are to make it clearer what is and isn’t possible, there have also been changes made following feedback. These include:
