Working together to care for Lawley

We know how important it is to residents that Lawley’s green spaces, open areas and shared environments are well cared for. We also know there can sometimes be confusion about what services Bournville Village Trust (BVT) provides and where our responsibilities begin and end.
The resident-led Lawley Management Committee has recently extended the grounds maintenance contract with M&BG Limited, who have been providing grounds maintenance services across the areas of Lawley that are our responsibility since 2024.

🏡 But our Estates & Stewardship service is about much more than grounds maintenance.
For areas that remain unadopted, we will continue to liaise with the relevant developers on residents’ behalf when issues are reported.
