Baby Loss Awareness Week Memorial Service

Following a request from a local resident, we are honoured to invite the local community to join us at a memorial service being held to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week, which is taking place from 9th to 15th October. Residents are invited to join a memorial service Lawley Garden Garden followed by a drop in at Lawley Community Hub.

Baby Loss Awareness Week is a significant and poignant event that aims to raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss while offering support to grieving families. Further information is available from https://babyloss-awareness.org/

Residents are invited to join a memorial service in Lawley Garden Garden followed by a drop-in session at the Lawley Community Hub located in the village square to meet others who have been through a similar situation.

Rev Laura Lenander, who is working in Lawley with Telford Minster from Litchfield Diocese will be leading the service. Residents will be able to pick up a candle light if they wish to take part in the wave of light which is on Sunday 15th October at 7pm.
