Grounds maintenance reports now available

One of the common questions we receive is when issues arise is: why is it not your responsibility to fix it?  As a developing area, with ongoing construction work, adoptions do not take place with the local authority until it has no construction work onsite. Therefore, when residents talk about issues to do with landscaping, paths or roads, within these sites, we work tirelessly with developers to get them to fix them as we are unable to do so.

For areas within our responsibility, we appointed M&BG Ltd as our grounds maintenance contractor and further details can be found here. The specification of the grounds maintenance contract can be read here and in it you’ll see weekly reports have to be submitted of work carried out, these are now available to view here. As areas are handed over to us, these will become part of M&BGs areas of responsibility and reports will be published.
